This week

Some highlights from this week: 

Halina and I returned to PAWS for our first volunteer shift in a long time. We did a lot of dishes and played with some cute cats.

We made vegetarian shepherd’s pie for Thanksgiving.

And Halina made cookies for Lynda (and us).

She also did a lot of babysitting and went to a party at a roller rink.

Tonight I had my book group over. We started in the pandemic and I think this was our first indoor meeting.

In some low-light news, I found at last week

that the contract I’ve  had for 8 years won’t be renewed next year. We’ll see what’s next for me…
